Product Arrives Damaged
We at Magi Gifts, LLC strive to provide you with highest quality products. We take great measures to package and ship our products in a manner that reduces the chance they may be damaged in transit. Unfortunately, some items can get damaged during shipment. All items shipped by UPS are insured for $100.00 unless otherwise requested by the customer. If the product you ordered and receive is damaged in shipment, please take the following steps: 1) Notify Magi Gifts, LLC by e-mail or phone within two business days of receipt of the item providing your UPS Tracking #, your name and address, product damaged and the details of damage. 2) Magi Gifts, LLC will issue you an RMA and return shipping instructions. The RMA must be written on a copy of the invoice and accompany the item being returned. 3) The item being returned must be packaged appropriately and shipped via UPS Ground to Magi Gifts, LLC. If Magi Gifts, LLC is not contacted within two (2) business days of receipt, it will be assumed that damage is attributed to the customer's use and no return will be authorized or credit approved. In the event that an item has been sold out and cannot be replaced, a refund will be issued.
